Job Description

 

Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Business or related field required. Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in large scale receiving, shipping and mailing operations required. One (1) year of experience at the supervisory level is preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year for year basis.

 

Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Manager Operations, the Coordinator Shipping/Receiving coordinates and oversees the operation of the shipping/receiving and mailing services at University Hospital. Provides administrative and general office services as assigned.
