Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Three (3) years of general clerical experience including clinical/data entry required.  Experience with staffing, scheduling or payroll processing preferred.  Experience in a hospital or medical environement preferred. Must be computer literate. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must. Position requires weekend rotation.

 

Responsibilities: The Workforce Management Specialist (WFM) plays a critical role in the overall workforce management function of Patient Care Services (Nursing). The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the scheduling, staffing and payroll processing of all Patient Care Services personnel, utilizing ANSOS, Banner, and INFOR. Communicates appropriately and effectively to support the PCS WFM and scheduling and staffing systems, and produces reports for nursing management.
